Spectrum’s Users Conference HRCI Approved

Denver, Colo.— June 8, 2006 — The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) recently approved Spectrum’s User’s Conference, Sys-Ed 2006 From Good to Great, for 13.75 recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR.

According to the HRCI website, “HRCI is a leading independent, internationally recognized certifying body for the HR profession. HRCI certifications require professionals to demonstrate their expertise in the core principles of HR practice and the application of those principles. HRCI’s three certifications meet the needs of nearly every HR professional.”

The Sys-Ed 2006 conference provides several sessions aimed at increasing the knowledge and expertise of the users of Spectrum’s web-based HRIS, iVantage^®. The sessions revolve around IT tools, benefits,reporting, and functionality. Spectrum will also offer hands-on labs that cover workflow routing, reporting, performance reviews, security, self-service and benefits.
