New Tenured Executives at Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp.

Denver, Colo.— July 24, 2006 — Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp. announced the appointment of two strong leaders who will continue to grow Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corporation. Sybll Romley has been appointed to CEO and president, and Matt Keitlen has been promoted to executive vice president and COO of Spectrum. Their new roles will be effective Sept. 1, 2006.

For over two decades, Romley and Keitlen have been instrumental in the growth and prosperity of Spectrum.

"Matt and I have been involved in the overall architecture of Spectrum," says Romley. "We work well together and will continue to promote teamwork among all Spectrum team members as a cornerstone of the company’s success. My corporate vision and commitment to our clients to develop innovative HR technology will remain my highest priority. We are dedicated to providing best-of-class HR systems."

Romley has served on the board of directors at Spectrum since its founding. Having contributed to all areas of the business, her leadership skills and vision of the future have helped drive the growth of the company. Her active role in all areas of system planning and evaluation has provided her with a strong ability to forecast future needs in the HR technology sector.

Keitlen has been actively involved with Spectrum since 1992. As a key contributor to the organization, Matt has provided leadership and direction to the service, support and development groups. His long-term involvement in HR systems has allowed him to deliver the quality products and services that HR professionals need to do their jobs effectively.

"Sybll and Matt are strong, tenured and proven leaders who have extensive hands-on knowledge of HR and HR technology," says Jim Spoor, existing CEO and president of Spectrum. "Both individuals have played a critical role in the growth of Spectrum. They are the logical successors in these roles. Their values, vision, character, and expertise make them a natural progression choice for our company."

Jim Spoor, founder, president and CEO of Spectrum, will continue serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Nancy Spoor, executive vice president and COO, will retire effective Aug. 31, 2006.

As a top level executive and member of the Board of Directors at Spectrum, she is actively involved in all aspects of the business. Her practical approach to HR systems stems from being an HR professional. Before joining Spectrum, she worked at a Big 4 accounting firm. She is an active member of the International Association of Human Resource Information Management. Romley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College in Los Angeles, Calif.

About Matt Keitlen
Matt Keitlen has over 18 years experience working with HR technology. Throughout his career, Matt has worked as a programmer/consultant, a client services representative, and a technical and sales manager for payroll and human resource services companies. He holds an MBA from California Polytechnic Institute and two Bachelor of Science degrees, Computer Science and Marketing, from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
