iVantage® reaches across the world to Offshore Logistics, Inc.

Denver, Colo. - Dec. 6, 2005 - A workforce management portal created by Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corporation will allow Offshore Logistics, Inc. including Bristow Helicopter Group Ltd., Grasso Production Management, and Air Logistics to keep track of its 3500 employees on seven continents.

iVantage®, Spectrum's web-based Human Resource Information System, is the HRIS of choice for Offshore Logistics. The company chose iVantage because it needed to streamline its data into one centralized HRIS and make communication easier between its multiple HR departments.

Prior to selecting iVantage, Offshore Logistics used three different HR systems. The company selected iVantage as its HRIS because "iVantage fits within the structure of our company," said William Hopkins, Offshore Logistics' Vice President, Human Resources, Quality and Safety. "Our newly developed vision involves one team moving forward in a global economy, and iVantage will help us reach this vision through its unified HRIS."

According to Allan Blake, Director of Human Resources for Bristow Helicopters Group, the company picked iVantage because they found it fit their needs. "We explored several HR systems available on the market, and concluded that Spetrum's is the best.we liked it for its ease of use and its ability to handle multi-national information."

Offshore Logistics also plans to implement employee and manager self-service, and the Training and Development and Timesheets modules.
