Spectrum’s HR system and executive nominated for CSIA Apex Awards
Denver, Colo.—May 24, 2006—Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp., a leader in HR systems, has been nominated by the Colorado Technology Association (CSIA) for the 2006 CSIA Apex Awards in the categories of Product of the Year and Executive of the Year. iVantage®, Spectrum’s web–based human resource information system has been nominated for product of the year, and Jim Spoor, the CEO and founder of Spectrum, has been nominated for Executive of the Year.

According to CSIA, 56 companies were nominated for the 6th annual CSIA Apex awards, which is one of the largest annual technology award events in the nation. Winners will be announced June 6, 2006 at the Robert & Judi Newman Center at the University of Denver. The event begins at 5 p.m.
“The nominated companies represent the leaders of Colorado's IT market,” said Paul Bauer, chair of the CSIA 2006 Apex Awards and clinical professor, Daniels School at the University of Denver. “It's important to recognize the achievements made in our state, as well as the people behind the successes. These nominees—as well as the guests—represent the innovation and business success of technology in Colorado,” he said.
