Spectrum provides unparalleled support services to its HRIS clients. Product support is available during standard business hours to make sure clients have adequate resources to information, support and help.
Incoming calls and emails are answered expeditiously by Spectrum’s team of knowledgeable product support specialists, who guide clients through specific areas of iVantage and address their inquiries.
Clients also have 24 x 7 web–access to Clients’ Corner, a support site containing an extensive searchable knowledge–base, current product documentation, tips, hot fixes and service pack downloads. Clients’ Corner also lists the current training courses and schedules.
