iVantage^® is a valuable tool that is most powerful when complimented with the proper training and education. Spectrum recommends that clients attend system training concurrently with implementation so they are prepared and ready to fully utilize their system when it goes live.

We provide classes, web seminars and a biennial user conference for every level iVantage user. Most clients attend the classes at our corporate training facility in Denver, Colorado. We also provide on–site training for clients who would rather not travel or who have a large group to train. The classes present an in–depth look at iVantage’s functionality and capabilities, and provide hands–on practice and guidance. Many of our trainers have a human resources background, and they approach client questions from this perspective. Our trainers are also the experts who clients rely on when they call for assistance.
